Creamy mushrooms on toast - sauté finely chopped onion in oil with some herbs. Add some sliced brown mushrooms and cook until softened. Add a little milk and a good dollop of soft cheese, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and heat through for a few minutes. Serve on hot buttered toast.
