We all know how to cook a Sunday roast pork, but how about this for an idea?
Everyone loves crackling in my house, but there never seems to be enough to go around. No worries now though, with these oven roasted pork crackles, seasoned with Himalayan Salt, you need never run short again.
Use these crackles straight from the pack and simply add onto the side of your roast pork dinner. Easy as!
Tip
Your Sunday roast could be served with a glass of refreshing Almost Zero Wine. The Rose makes a great accompaniment to the pork, but you may like to swap this out with the white or red in the Almost Zero range. They are a perfect choice for everyone, and especially for the allocated driver, or anyone wanting a virtually alcohol-free drink.
