Serve up this de-constructed Eton mess for a quick sweet treat. All you need is some frozen fruit, crushed meringues and Greek yoghurt. Spoon into glasses in layers and chill before serving.
Use 11/2 cups frozen fruit, berries are best, but you could use mango
4 to 5 meringues, roughly crushed
11/3 cups yoghurt, Greek, plain or fruit yoghurt
optional extra, 1 teaspoon vanilla paste added to the yoghurt
