I am a food writer and food stylist based in Auckland, New Zealand. My passion for food started at a very early age with many a weekend spent concocting various wonderful, creative, but sometimes bizarre meals for my family.
I have always been intrigued by the relationship we have with food. It is not just a fuel, but it shapes our lives whether to delight others through entertaining or
as a self indulgence, maintaining our health and wellbeing or just the sheer enjoyment in the art of cooking.
Creating a dish that not only tastes amazing but looks good too, follows the well known Chinese saying, "You eat first with your eyes, then your nose, then your mouth".
